When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order.

You can pay us in your local currency but the bank exchange rates to euro on the day of the payment execution will apply respectively.

1.Credit / Debit card

If you have a credit card Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Diners, you can use it safely.

The process of payment through credit card is covered by the latest safety standards.

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL).

Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

A receipt is generated and sent when the payment is processed.

Credit cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer, but if your card issuer fails to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and may not be able to form a contract with you.

2. IRIS payment

If you have a Greek Bank Account, you can use it safely. 

You choose your bank from the list.

You are immediately redirected to your secure e-Banking environment to log in.

You check the order details and choose the account to be debited. A message confirms the transaction has been successful.
 

3. Bank Transfer

You can also pay your order by making a transfer to our Bank account, details of which can be found below:

If you have a Greek Bank Account, you can pay using IRIS. Your payment should be sent to the following VAT (ΑΦΜ) number: 075513870

The deposit must be held no later than within 5 working days from the Order Receipt.

Your order will be processed after the payment has been completed.

4. Antikatavoli (COD)

If you wish to pay in Cash on Delivery you can select Antikatavoli. This payment method is not available for all shipping methods. You will be charged a small extra fee for the additional service. This payment method requires to have an active website account.

5. Pay in Store

If you have the ability to visit out (ex) store, you can always select to pay with cash, credit card or IRIS when you come to pick up your order. This payment method requires to have an active website account.
